Meet Ciera
Little Big Changes started after I became a mom and began paying closer attention to the products we use every day. I started learning more about plastics, fragrance, ingredients, and healthier alternatives in general⦠and honestly, it got overwhelming fast.
It felt like every video or article was telling me I needed to throw everything away and completely change my lifestyle overnight. But for most people, that just isn't realistic. I started making small changes where I could β switching a few products, thrifting glass containers, reading labels more, slowing down and learning as I went.
And I realized a lot of other people feel the exact same way: wanting to make healthier choices, but not knowing where to start. That's why I created Little Big Changes.
This space is about progress over perfection. Simple swaps. Realistic habits. Affordable changes. No shame, no fear tactics, and no pressure to be perfect.
Just small changes that can make a big difference over time.
